Referral & Partner Terms Summary
SafeOps Group offers referral and delivery partner opportunities for approved individuals and businesses.
Referral Partners may earn a standard 5% commission on eligible completed and paid jobs, with approved partners eligible for up to 10%.
Delivery Partners may earn a standard 50% delivery split for approved inspection work completed using SafeOps Group systems, templates and reporting standards. Delivery Partners may be eligible for up to 60% where they bring in the client and complete the approved inspection work.
Payments are only made after the job is completed, required evidence is submitted, SafeOps Group quality requirements are met, and the client invoice has been paid in full.
No commission or partner payment is payable for cancelled, unpaid, refunded, disputed, duplicate, existing-client or unauthorised jobs.
Partners must follow SafeOps Group procedures, protect client information and avoid making unauthorised commitments about pricing, reports, branding or service delivery.
Final eligibility, rates and payment terms are confirmed through the applicable partner agreement.

SafeOps Group allocates inspection work based on location, service capability, availability, approval status, quality performance and conflict checks.
Delivery partners are assigned work only where they are approved for the service type, location and reporting requirements.
Partner Commission Dashboard
SafeOps Group tracks partner payment eligibility from submitted lead or accepted job through completion, report issue, client payment, EOM approval and monthly payment scheduling.
Approved EOM partner payments are scheduled to be paid on the 1st day of each month, subject to completed work, cleared client payment and SafeOps Group approval.
