Use this for quick status checks when you have an enquiry, quote, booking, job or package reference. It is not the full signed-in portal.

Booking changes

Need to reschedule, cancel or request a refund review?

After a booking is created, clients can use the portal or contact SafeOps Group to request a reschedule, cancellation or refund review. Requests remain subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, access status, booking notice periods, attendance timing and work already completed.
