I understand SafeOps Group inspections are generally visual, observational and non-invasive, and that pricing, timing and availability may vary based on property type, postcode, access, urgency, travel, add-ons, location category and scope suitability. I understand preferred attendance windows are requested times only unless I select the Guaranteed Time Window add-on, and even a guaranteed window remains subject to safe access, site conditions, weather and circumstances outside SafeOps Group control. If the selected booking is not suitable for the requested scope, SafeOps Group may contact the client to adjust pricing, timing or service pathway before attendance, or cancel and refund the booking where appropriate.

Final pricing may vary based on property type, postcode, booking urgency, travel requirements, location category and selected add-ons.

Buy Now bookings are available on selected weekdays between 7:00am and 5:00pm, subject to availability, service area, route fit and scope suitability.

Friday bookings may be accepted for Monday where availability, access and scope are suitable. Weekend submissions are earliest available from Wednesday.

Available booking windows are calculated based on current inspection runs, service area, inspector availability and travel time. Preferred time windows are subject to SafeOps Group confirmation unless a Guaranteed Time Window is selected.

Preferred time windows are subject to field scheduling. Add Guaranteed Time Window +A$50 for priority scheduling. CBD inspections incur a 10% surcharge.

5 Stage Package clients receive priority scheduling support for each construction stage. Please notify SafeOps Group as early as possible when each stage is approaching readiness. We recommend at least 2 business days' notice wherever possible.

If you already have a 5 Stage Inspection Package, log in to your client portal to request or schedule the next stage under the existing package instead of creating a new package booking.

Residential standard progress payment verification may be Buy Now eligible. Commercial progress payment verification is not Buy Now and must be routed to Quick Quote or Proposal.

Complex, commercial, NDIS, structured WHS, portfolio, multi-site, regional, white-label or custom scopes require Quick Quote or Proposal review before confirmation. SafeOps Group reserves the right to cancel and refund any Buy Now booking that is not suitable for the selected scope, access, timing or site conditions.

Safety comes first. Inspections are completed from safe, reasonably accessible areas only. Unsafe access, restricted areas, aggressive conduct, uncontrolled animals, poor lighting, unsafe weather or hazardous site conditions may cause an inspection to be stopped, limited, cancelled or rescheduled.
