Visible deterioration was observed to sealant within the shower area. Review and replace sealant as part of routine wet area maintenance. Photo 01.
An uneven surface was observed along the external side access path. Review and repair where required to reduce trip risk. Photo 02.
Visible debris was noted in selected gutter areas from ground-level observation. Arrange cleaning and confirm downpipes are clear. Photo 03.
Minor swelling or deterioration was observed to the lower edge of the vanity cabinetry. Review for possible moisture exposure. Photo 04.
