Process
Submit the role, project, timing, site and qualification requirements.
SafeOps Group reviews scope, availability, location, WHS information and the correct contracting pathway.
The proposed worker or service provider, rates, 5% coordination fee and responsibilities are confirmed in writing.
Once approved, SafeOps Group coordinates the booking, site handover and attendance follow-up.
Skilled labour arrangements are confirmed only after written scope, commercial and compliance review. The proposal must state whether the arrangement is labour hire, contractor coordination or a services contract, and who is responsible for employment, payment, supervision, induction, insurance and workplace safety.
FAQ
The standard fee is 5% of the approved labour booking value unless the proposal states a minimum or different agreed fee. Labour charges, GST, allowances, travel and other project costs are itemised separately.
That depends on the written arrangement. The proposal will identify the employing or contracting entity and the responsibilities of SafeOps Group, the host site and the worker or service provider before confirmation.
Relevant evidence can be requested and recorded as part of the scope review. The host must still complete its own site, task, induction and safety checks before work starts.
